 1 cup Flour
 5 cups Sugar
 1 Vanilla sugar
 5 Baking powder
 Water

Preparation of the ingredients. Mash the bananas with a fork in a container. Add the sugars and mix. Add the flour and baking powder, and mix well. Add the anise liqueur and a little water if the batter is too thick, but be careful not to add too much, as the batter needs to be thick enough. Conversely, add flour if the batter is too runny and adjust the sugar.

Cooking Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Once it is hot, add the mixture gradually using small spoons, and for the experienced, directly by hand. Cook until the donuts are well browned.
