We love this light lactose-free raspberry milkshake.
Place the raspberries in the blender and pour in the lactose-free milk.
Add a few mint leaves and sugar (to taste) and blend for a few seconds.
Strain using a sieve and then pour into glasses.
To finish, place a few mint leaves on top of the milkshake. Serve well chilled!
