 2 Vanilla sugar

Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water for 10 minutes.

In the bowl, pour in the cream, sugar, vanilla sugar, and heat for 7 minutes at 80°C on speed 2. Once the time is up, add the gelatin and blend for another minute at speed 6.

To finish, distribute into glasses. Let cool in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours and decorate with the red fruits of your choice.
