 6 Untreated lemon
 2 Sugar
 1 Honey
 15 Water
 1 pinch Salt

Bring the water to a boil in a large pot. Cut the lemons into slices, keeping the juice.

When the water boils, add the lemon slices and juice, the sugar, the honey, the salt, and the alcohol. Let it simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
