 100 Whole oat flour
 250 Almond milk or another plant-based milk
 1 Egg
 Zest of a lemon
 3 Extra virgin olive oil
 Salt to taste
 2 Orange

In a bowl, whisk the oat flour, almond milk, eggs, and lemon zest until you achieve a smooth batter without lumps. Let it rest in the refrigerator covered with plastic wrap for 30 minutes.
