Recipe often made with great success!! Moreover, it freezes very well. I often add a bit of curry or chili pepper.

Very good and original Quick recipe to prepare, enough for an evening meal possibly accompanied by a salad. The consistency is ideal. My suggestion: I used ham instead of bacon and only used 5 eggs, which was sufficient.

Just right! Three leek whites are more than enough; it already had a strong leek flavor. I replaced the bacon with 6 slices of ham and it was very good!

Hello, in the ingredients of your recipe you say to take bacon. Then when you explain, you say to take cubes of ham. What should I do, which is better? Because tomorrow I'm making the recipe as a starter. Thank you.

In the list of ingredients, it says bacon, but the recipe mentions ham? The recipe instructs to place the mixture in a loaf pan, but the photo shows a round dish. It's good, but there are too many uncertainties.
