Load up on vitamins with this salad; for a sweeter touch, add a handful of raisins.

Ingredients
 150 Cold cooked bulgur
 150 Kale
 1 Red apple
 2 Pomegranate seed
 50 Feta
 2 Carrot
 1 Green onion
 2 Mayonnaise
 2 Lime juice
 3 Olive oil
 Salt, pepper
Directions

Wash the cabbage, pat it dry, remove the central stem, and chop it into very fine strips. Add it to the bulgur along with the grated carrots and chopped onion.

Emulsify the lemon with the mayonnaise, oil, salt, and pepper. Mix with the salad and coat well. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

To finish before serving, sprinkle the crumbled feta, pomegranate seeds, and diced apple on top.
