Peel and chop the persimmons. Blend them with the powdered sugar and lemon juice until the mixture is smooth.
In a bowl, whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Add the mixture to the persimmon, then whip again.
To finish, spoon the mousse into serving cups and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
