 500 Raw peeled shrimp
 1 Madras curry paste
 40 Coconut milk
 1 clove Chopped garlic
 2 Fresh ginger root
 1 Tomato paste
 Coriander

Preparation of the shrimp: Thaw and thoroughly dry the shrimp, shell them, and remove the dorsal vein if necessary (not all have one).

Preparation of the filling. Sauté the curry paste dry in a frying pan over low heat with the chopped and crushed garlic and ginger. When the mixture is fragrant, add the tomato paste and then dilute with the coconut milk, pouring it in gradually.

Cooking Bring to a simmer while continuing to stir, then add the shrimp, allowing to cook for a very short time: they should turn pink and lose their translucent color. From this point, let simmer for 2 to 3 minutes over very low heat.

Garnish with chopped coriander and serve with fragrant basmati rice flavored with cardamom.

    Very good. The recipe doesn't use too much curry, but we are the chefs in the kitchen; the recipe is just a guideline, and it's up to everyone's taste and imagination too :)

    Very Good Recipe Easy to make and enjoyed by all. My suggestion: I added small diced precooked carrots to the water of my rice along with a vegetable broth cube.

    Excellent recipe The sauce is delicious, perfectly balanced, and flavored without being too spicy. I used large shrimp that I thawed and peeled as indicated in the recipe. My suggestion: I prepared the sauce 2-3 hours before the meal. At serving time, I simply reheated it by adding the shrimp and cilantro. It was perfect!

    Very good but a bit lacking. The recipe itself is good, but the dish leaves an impression of "not finished." My suggestion: More curry paste and vegetables, maybe some florets of broccoli?

    Excellent and foolproof Very good recipe, sauce perfectly balanced. The guests are always delighted. My suggestion: I don't hesitate, for the same number of people, to add more shrimp and make more sauce.
