 200 fermented milk
 3 Olive oil
 ½ lemon, juice and zest
 1 tomato paste
 1 garlic powder
 1 Curry
 1 Coriander
 1 Ginger
 1 turmeric
 1 Salt
 ½ Pepper
 ½ Cayenne pepper
Directions
1

In a bowl, mix all the marinade ingredients with a small whisk.

2

Cut the chicken breasts into pieces about 3 cm in size.

3

Place them in a 3-liter sealing freezer bag. Add the marinade.

4

Close the bag and knead the meat well to coat it with the marinade.

5

Place in the refrigerator and let marinate for at least 1 hour (and up to 24 hours).

6

Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan mode (or 220°C, static mode).

7

Prepare a baking dish with a rack, so the skewers do not touch the bottom of the dish. Cover the bottom of the dish with aluminum foil to make cleaning easier.

8

Thread the pieces of chicken onto skewers (if they are wooden, soak them beforehand) and place on the grill of the dish.

9

Bake and cook for 25 minutes. Turn the skewers after 15 minutes of cooking.

10

To finish, serve immediately, accompanied by basmati rice.
