Extract 2 espresso shots and pour the drink into an ice glass.
Make a scoop of chocolate and hazelnut ice cream and place it on top of the coffee.
Pour about 150 ml of cream into a shaker, shake with ice cubes, and pour over the ice cream (without dropping any ice cubes).
To finish, sprinkle chocolate shavings on top.
