In a mixing bowl, combine the milk and the bread, and let soak for 15 minutes.
In a blender, combine the cod eggs with the bread and blend thoroughly. Then add the lemon juice and olive oil.
Steam the seasoned fish fillet. Once cooked, let it cool. Flake the fish fillet and mix it with the rest of the preparation. Finish by adding the macadamia nuts.
To finish, enjoy with a glass of tasting cider!
