 2 Sunflower oil

Preparation of the ingredients In a hot pan, begin by toasting the sesame seeds, stirring regularly for 3 minutes until they brown (be careful not to let them burn).

Place the seeds on a plate off the heat to let them cool.

Mix Once the seeds are cold, place them in a food processor to grind them into a powder. Then add the oil, salt, and mix everything until you achieve a smooth and homogeneous paste.
