Ingredients
 100 Sugar
 2 Egg
 500 Milk
 2 Cornstarch
 ½ Vanilla extract
 25 Cocoa
 90 Fresh cream
Directions
1

Whisk the sugar and eggs together in a bowl. Dissolve the milk and cornstarch in another bowl. Add the milk to the bowl with sugar and eggs, then whisk. Divide the liquid into equal parts.

2

Add cocoa to one and vanilla to the other. In two separate pots, pour in the flavored milk and place over low heat. Whisk occasionally and allow to heat for 7-8 minutes. The mixture should thicken. Once ready, remove from heat, add fresh cream (45 g per mixture), and then whisk.

3

To finish, dip the bottom of the pot into very cold water for 5 minutes. Then pour the preparations into small jars. Let them cool completely before covering and storing them in the fridge until served. They are much better after a night, but not bad at all after 1 hour.

Simply delicious and easy to make. I made 4 small jars of yogurt with the quantities from the recipe. I plan to make this recipe again with a coffee variation. The texture was very smooth 24 hours after cooking.

It's become our favorite dessert! Made with chocolate, vanilla, praline, cappuccino, raspberry (mixed frozen raspberries added to milk), honey, caramel... And every time it’s a hit! I adjust the sugar according to my flavors.

So, so good!! And delicious the next day! I can't believe I've surpassed a well-known brand in terms of taste according to my children's opinions! For the vanilla, of course I use the pod! I absolutely have to make this again!! Thank you for this recipe! I highly recommend it!!!

I tested the recipe and........ how can I say....... it was EXCELLENT TOO GOOD SUBLIME, well I messed up the vanilla one because I overcooked it, but the chocolate one was SUPER GOOD AND SUCCESSFUL, I will make it for life ??? thank you for this sublime recipe, but stay close to the heat while it cooks, because that's how I messed up the vanilla one ????

Delicious this recipe. I took the feedback into account and used a bit less cornstarch, and instead of using cocoa powder, I melted some squares and added the milk afterward. You also need to reduce the sugar a bit. But the kids loved it, better than the real ones!!!
