A homemade cheese made with mascarpone and truffle oil. A recipe provided by a natural food brand.
Prepare the brie at least 48 hours in advance to let the flavors infuse properly.
Cut the cheese in half horizontally. Pour the mascarpone into a bowl and add a generous drizzle of truffle oil, mixing well.
To finish, spread the mixture on one piece of cheese, cover with the second piece of cheese, wrap it well, and let it infuse in the fridge. On the day of serving, take the cheese out for the appetizer.
