Herb broth
 150 Leaf spinach
 10 Ice cubes
 5 Water or vegetable broth
 200 Chervil, dill, parsley
 3 Honey vinegar
 Pepper and salt
 5 Salad oil
Greek yogurt
 200 Pure Natural Greek Style Yogurt
 ½ clove Pressed garlic
 1 Mustard
 Sugar
 Pepper and salt
Radish
 Radish
 Sea salt
 Fresh lime zest
 Olive oil
 Pepper
 Honey vinegar

To prepare the herb broth, blend the spinach, herbs, ice, and water in a blender. Strain through a sieve and adjust the seasoning with vinegar and herbs. Finish with salad oil.

For the preparation of Greek yogurt, adjust the seasoning of the yogurt to your taste and pour it into a piping bag.

Cut the radishes into various shapes and season them with sea salt, fresh lime zest, olive oil, pepper, and honey vinegar. Arrange them in a shallow bowl, place the yogurt among the radishes, and pour the broth alongside.

To finish, add some croutons and fresh herbs, along with edible flowers.
