Delicious recipe with only ingredients that we all have in our fridge!
Preheat your oven to 200°C. Place a sheet of puff pastry on your baking tray lined with a silicone sheet, spread mustard over it, add a slice of ham on top, sprinkle with cheese, repeat the layering of ham and cheese as before, then spread a little mustard on the last slice of ham.
To finish, moisten the edges with a bit of egg yolk. Place the second puff pastry on top, then seal the edges. You can make designs around the edge with the back of a fork and cut it neatly using a pastry cutter or a knife. Brush the top with the remaining egg yolk. You can also make designs like you would for a tart. Bake for 15 minutes at 200°C, then 30 minutes at 180°C. Keep an eye on it. Serve hot with a green salad.
