Ingredients
 ½ bread yeast
 250 Flour
 1 Sugar
 2 Milk
 110 warm water
 15 softened butter
 2 pinches Salt

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Make a small well in the center and pour in the milk, water, and previously melted butter.

Knead for 5 to 10 minutes by hand, then let the dough rise for 1.5 hours in a warm place.

Degas the dough and divide it into 10 oval balls, brush with olive oil and fold them in half.

For cooking, take a steamer basket or a steam cooker (for vegetables).

Bring water to a simmer in a pot, place the steamer basket on top, and steam the buns for about ten minutes.

To finish, once ready, you can fill them according to your preference (marinated bacon, smoked tofu, cooked or raw vegetables).
