Perfect homemade breadsticks for appetizers!

Ingredients
 250 flour
 ½ baker's yeast
 125 lukewarm water
 2 olive oil
 1 powdered sugar
 1 pinch salt
 Seeds (sesame poppy)

Start with the yeast: dissolve it without mixing too much in the warm water with the sugar. Let it rest for 15 minutes.

In a bowl, place the flour and salt and mix. Make a well and incorporate your yeast-water-sugar mixture. Work the dough and then add the olive oil until you obtain a soft and elastic dough. Cover with a cloth and let it rest for at least an hour in a warm place (your oven is ideal).

Preheat your oven to 250°. Flour your work surface. Gently deflate your dough and roll it out to about 0.5 cm thick. Using a pizza cutter or a knife, cut strips of dough and shape your breadsticks.

I chose three formats: straight breadsticks, twisted breadsticks (I hold both ends and twist them), and braided breadsticks (I use two strips of dough).

Finally, arrange them on your baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush with olive oil. Add your seeds. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes depending on the desired texture and color.
