A delicious recipe for grilled prawns with herbs to enjoy as an appetizer.
Remove the leaves, wash and dry the herbs. Chop them.
Pour a splash of olive oil into a hot pan and cook the whole shrimp for 5 to 10 minutes depending on their size. Stir continuously.
When the shrimp are evenly pink and well grilled, add the coarse salt and pink peppercorns, then the zest and lemon, and the herbs.
Turn off the heat and serve immediately. It's ready!
To finish, advice: for a more aniseed flavor, you can add a finely chopped celery stalk to the herbs.
