This Greek bulgur bowl recipe is presented.
Cook the bulgur as indicated on the package. Let it cool in a bowl, then refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Grate the carrot and the zucchini. Drain the chickpeas and wash the spinach leaves.
Cut the feta and beet into small cubes.
Place all these ingredients in the bowl, on the fresh bulgur.
Mix the mustard and vinegar, then add the cream cheese, parsley, chives, and shallot.
Finally, mix again and season your bowl.
