A Halloween graveyard cake to scare.
Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until light. Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler. Then, incorporate the eggs and sugar and mix well. Next, add the flour and baking powder. Mix again. You should obtain a smooth batter.
Butter and flour your mold. Pour the mixture into the mold. Bake for 10 minutes, place a silicone mat on the cake to keep it flat, and continue baking for 20 minutes. Let the cake cool before unmolding it. Then place it on a wire rack.
Once your cake is completely cool, cover it with a thin layer of spread, ensuring to cover the edges as well. Break the sticks into thirds, varying the lengths. Arrange the pieces all around the cake, standing upright and pressed against one another.
Leave an opening for the cemetery door. Finely crush your lighter cookies. Spread the powder over the surface of the cake. Insert the cookies to form the tombstones.
