 100 Milk
 25 Soft butter
 25 Parmesan
 25 Breadcrumbs
 1 pinch Basil
 1 pinch Dill

Start by draining and rinsing the beans.

Prepare the butter for the scallops. Chop the herbs. In a bowl, mix the softened butter with the grated cheese, chopped herbs, and breadcrumbs. Season with salt and pepper. Form a log and place it in the freezer for 15 minutes.

Preheat the oven in grill mode to 250 degrees.

In the meantime, blend the beans, adding milk until achieving the desired texture. Season to taste.

Slice the herb butter and place a slice on each scallop. Grill the scallops in the oven for 3-4 minutes until the butter is browned.

To finish, serve immediately accompanied by the bean puree.
