Ingredients
 2 Large onion
 1 Flour
 50 Butter
 2 Soft bread
 40 Gruyère
 500 Chicken broth

Peel and finely chop the onions. Sauté them in a pot with the butter. Add the flour and mix.

Pour the chicken broth, bring to a boil, then lower the heat and let simmer covered for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, place the slices of bread under the oven grill, and remove them when they are nicely browned.
