Super easy recipe and method that yields thick cookies, soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. If you don't like them thick, you can flatten them a bit before baking.

Ingredients
 120 Brown sugar
 100 powdered sugar
 300 Flour
 4 baking powder
 170 butter cut into cubes and softened
 1 whole egg
 100 dark chocolate
 100 milk chocolate
 100 praline chocolate
 100 nuts and/or hazelnuts and/or pecans

Preheat the oven to 170 °C. In a mixing bowl, pour in both sugars and the butter, and mix well until you get a cream. Then add the egg, mix, and gradually add the flour. Mix well. Finally, add the chocolates and nuts, hazelnuts or pecans. Mix well with your hands or a wooden spoon. Using a scoop, form balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

To finish, bake in the hot oven for 8 to 10 minutes. Remove immediately and place the cookies on a rack to cool.
