In a saucepan, bring to a boil: water, sugar, honey, vanilla, and spices. Then add the zest of lemons and oranges.
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and fine salt.
Slowly pour the mixture from the saucepan and the melted butter over the dry ingredients.
Place some prunes at the bottom of the greased mold, then pour the batter over them and bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C.
To finish, after baking, let it cool in the pan. Then unmold and brush the melted honey over the entire surface. Finally, place the candied fruits of your choice in pieces on top.
