Here is my recipe for zucchini fries, flavored and slightly crispy, perfect when served with your favorite sauce.

Ingredients
 2 Zucchini cut lengthwise
 1 Fresh basil
 1 Dried thyme
 2 cloves Garlic
 Salt and freshly ground black pepper
 1 Olive oil
 1 Fresh parsley leaf
 1 Gluten-free bread crumbs or parmesan

Preheat the oven to 200°. Line your baking tray with a baking sheet. In a small bowl, mix together the parmesan or gluten-free breadcrumbs, thyme, basil, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Place the cut zucchini sticks on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with the breadcrumb/cheese mixture. Place in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes.

To finish, grill until the zucchini is golden brown. Sprinkle with a little parsley. Serve immediately.
