To change up from classic butter pasta, I suggest this recipe for garlic and caper pasta. A dish that is easy, quick, and very tasty!
Cook the pasta, drain, and set aside. Slice the garlic cloves into petals. Sauté them in a pan with olive oil until they are just golden (2 to 3 minutes, no more or it will be too bitter).
To finish, add the pasta to the skillet along with the capers. Season with salt and pepper, and stir everything for two minutes over low heat. Serve in a deep plate, accompanied by tomato petals and chopped basil.
