Four Cheese Pizza Recipe

This Italian recipe is not light at all, but cheese is so good! Here, it uses a cream base, but if you prefer, you can make a tomato base. The ingredients are simple: pizza dough and, above all, your 4 favorite cheeses! The result: a pizza even better than at a popular chain!

Ingredients
 150 Lardons
 130 Thick sour cream
 100 Blue cheese
 130 Goat cheese
 80 Mozzarella
 30 Parmesan
 Sweet paprika powder

Preparation of the dough and bacon Preheat the oven to 200°C (thermostat 6-7). Roll out the dough with its baking sheet onto the baking tray. Cook the bacon in a skillet.

Pizza Topping Spread the cream until 2 cm from the edge. Evenly distribute the drained bacon.

Add the crumbled blue cheese.

Add the sliced goat cheese.

Add the sliced mozzarella.

Sprinkle with parmesan and sweet pepper. Fold the edges by pinching with your fingers.

Cooking Bake for about fifteen minutes.
