Preheat your oven to 250°C (or 475°F).
Place your ball of bread dough on a well-floured work surface. Roll it out to a thickness of 1 cm, then place the dough on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
With your finger, press firmly to make holes in the dough, placing a half of a cherry in each hole.
Mash the cheese using a fork and place the pieces of cheese on the dough. Drizzle everything with olive oil and sprinkle with fresh rosemary, salt, and pepper to your liking.
Place your Focaccia in the hot oven and bake for 20 minutes, watching the cooking: the dough should be puffed and well golden.
To finish, once cooked, remove the focaccia from the oven and enjoy it for the appetizer, cut into squares.
