Here is a recipe for festive bites with whipped cream, perfect for a holiday meal. This recipe made with cheese, gingerbread, foie gras, and onions is super easy to make and will delight your guests!

Whipped Cream with Melted Cheese
 4 Melted cheese
 380 Light cream
Spiced mini breads with foie gras and melted cheese.
 120 Duck liver pâté
 Onion confit
 Pepper
 Chives

In the bowl of a mixer, whip 380 ml of very cold cream, gradually incorporating the very cold cheese.

Using a cookie cutter, cut out small circles of gingerbread.

Slice the foie gras into pieces about 5 mm thick. Then, using a cookie cutter, cut rounds from the slices. (Keep the scraps of foie gras to make toasts.)

Place the caramelized onion on the slices of gingerbread.

Then, place the foie gras, and season with pepper.

Put the whipped cream in a piping bag, then garnish the slice of liver paté with whipped cream.

Garnish with chives.
