Preheat the oven to 185°C.
In the bowl of the mixer, add the melted butter (not soft) with the sugars. Add the egg and mix well.
Add the flour and almond flour, then the chocolate cut into chips.
Form cookie dough balls of about 85 g to 90 g and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 17 minutes at 185°C in a convection oven. Once out of the oven, allow to cool for 5 minutes before placing them on a cooling rack.
To finish, enjoy warm for a super gooey effect!
