So here I am sharing my little almond delight with you, I've been making it for a very long time and my son loves it. I myself hardly ever resist it because it's very quick to make: in just 7 minutes! Even better than a mug cake!!!
Melt the butter in a bowl in the microwave and add all the other ingredients, stir, stir, stir and... pour into the cups (mine don't need a mold, they hold their shape on their own).
And here we go for microwave cooking: in 30-second intervals at 600W. For oven cooking: 20/25 minutes at 180/200°C. Keep an eye on the cooking.
To finish, there you have it, your sudden craving for a soft and sweet cake is satisfied!
