Very easy to make vegetarian meatballs!

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a baking sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper.
Place the chickpeas and breadcrumbs in the bowl of the blender (or blend the slice of bread and add the chickpeas afterward) and blend for a few seconds so that some pieces of chickpeas remain.
Transfer to a pot, season with salt and pepper, add the chopped parsley, crumbled feta, lemon juice, and mix well.
To finish, gently shape the mixture into bite-sized balls, pressing lightly against the palms of your hands, then place them on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes, then serve hot, drizzled with a splash of lemon juice.
