Put the oats in a bowl. Add the eggs and the yogurt or the mashed banana.
Mix everything until you achieve a smooth texture. Then add the sweetener, baking powder, and cocoa. (Optional)
Mix again and place the bowl in the microwave on high power for 3 to 3.5 minutes.
Once the bowl cake is baked, let it cool for 5 minutes and remove it from the mold onto a plate. Top it as desired or enjoy it on its own.
