Exotic Zest Cocktail Recipe
Made with grapefruit and lemon, this cocktail will bring a breeze of freshness to your summer evenings!
Ingredients
½ clove Vanilla
20 Grapefruit juice
15 Lemon juice

Cut a vanilla pod in half and then open it lengthwise.

Remove the pulp, add it to the grapefruit juice, lemon juice, vodka, and triple sec.

Add the ice cubes and stir vigorously.

Pour the contents into a Highball glass, straining with a sieve, then add the sparkling wine.

Gently stir to combine the flavors.

To finish, for presentation, a segment of grapefruit and the other half of the vanilla bean.
