 40 cashews soaked for 2 hours in water
 100 Medjool dates or date paste
 30 almond powder
 30 coconut
 Vanilla or other

Drain the cashews.

Put all the ingredients in a food processor or blender. Blend until you obtain a soft dough.

To finish, make small balls that you will then roll in coconut. Store in a container in the fridge!
