Preparation of the batter In a mixing bowl, combine the whole eggs with sugar and the zest of 2 oranges. Add the juice of 3 freshly squeezed oranges, yogurt, and melted butter. Then add the flour and baking powder. Pour the batter into a buttered mold. Add chopped candied orange on top of the batter (optional).
Cooking: Place in a preheated oven at 180°C for 35 minutes.
