Preparation of the eggs: Boil the eggs. Let them cool, peel them, and then cut them in half.

Preparation of the filling: Chop the meats, adding salt, pepper, parsley, and hard-boiled eggs.

Assembly Preheat the oven to 180°C. Roll out the pastry. Spread the minced meat mixture over it, leaving a 1 cm border all around.

Cooking: Place the eggs, cover with the dough, and create a vent in the center. Bake for 50 minutes in a fan oven at 180°C (thermostat 6).

    Easter dough Error in the recipe My suggestion: sorry for the error in the Easter dough recipe!! Of course, you need to place the hard-boiled eggs cut in half ON the filling!!! Not mix them in!!!! Fortunately, the photo clearly shows the recipe!!! Sorry and thank you to the internet users who liked it.

    Well! Your recipe is perfectly traditional! Aside from your mistake regarding the hard-boiled eggs to be chopped into the meat... you have the right recipe. Indeed, we see it "modified" with puff pastry, for example, but in the countryside, people could not afford to make puff pastry!!!.... they made a "lean" shortcrust pastry, meaning not half the weight of the flour but rather a third or even a quarter! My suggestion: Change nothing!
