Recipe that I prepare on Good Friday and that we enjoy on Easter Sunday.
Bring water to a boil in a large pot.
Place a mixing bowl over the pot (double boiler).
In a mixing bowl, add the eggs, sugar, and brandy, and beat this mixture until it doubles in volume.
Then, gently fold the sifted flour into the mixture.
Finally, bake for 35 minutes at 175°C or at setting 5.
