A pizza made with leftover duck confit from the day before that turned out to be a delightful experience. To make and remake.

Ingredients
 1 spreadable pepper and cherry tomato
 5 button mushrooms
 ½ Onion
 8 Mozzarella
 50 shredded duck confit

Preheat the oven to 240°C with a pizza stone or a baking sheet.

Roll out the dough and spread the spreadable filling evenly over its entire surface.

Sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top, then distribute all the other ingredients, finishing with the mozzarella balls.

To finish, bake for 10 to 12 minutes before serving with a salad, for example.
