 2 Duck breasts
 2 Orange
 6 Clove
 2 Honey
 ¼ Four spices
 1 Red onion
 Salt

Squeeze an orange and collect the juice.

Cut the other orange zestlessly and segment it. Peel and thinly slice the onion.

Score the skin of the duck breasts in a crosshatch pattern. Season with salt and pepper.

Cook skin side down in a pan for 7 minutes on each side. Meanwhile, pour the orange juice into a saucepan with the honey and the onion and mix.

Add the star anise and the spice mixture, heat it up. Add the orange segments.
