Here is a recipe for Easter brownies, perfect for an Easter dessert. This chocolate-based recipe, with salted butter and chocolate eggs, is easy to prepare and will end your Easter meal on a positive note.
Start by preheating your oven to 180°C.
Melt the dark chocolate and butter in a double boiler, then add the sugar and mix well.
Next, incorporate the eggs one by one, mixing well after each addition. Add the flour and mix until the batter is smooth.
Pour the batter into a greased and floured rectangular pan. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, until your brownie is cooked but still a little gooey.
In the meantime, chop the chocolate eggs into pieces, then place them on the brownie as it comes out of the oven.
Finally, let the brownie cool completely before cutting it into squares. Serve and enjoy!
