Here is a delicious recipe for cucumber tagliatelle. It is a refreshing recipe and another way to eat cucumber.
Cutting the cucumber 1 - Using a mandoline or a vegetable peeler, make ribbon-like slices of cucumber. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt and cream with chopped dill, lemon zest, olive oil, and minced garlic. 3. Add the cucumber ribbons and mix well. 4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, as this appetizer is best served chilled, sprinkled with a bit of chili powder, dill, and some lemon zest!
Optional: You can also add chives, pine nuts, and a bit of parmesan; this is optional.
