Fresh and crispy mushrooms? A perfect recipe to share right from the appetizer!
Heat the oil in a saucepan.
Slice the mushrooms. Prepare the flour with the spices. Evenly coat the pieces of oyster mushrooms and king oyster mushrooms with the mixture.
Once the oil is hot, gently place the mushrooms in and let them fry for 3 to 4 minutes depending on the size of the pieces.
Once the mushrooms are golden, remove them with a strainer and place them on a sheet of paper towel.
To finish, a few turns of the pepper mill and it's ready. Enjoy it hot!
