A crispy chicken to devour with your fingers!

Ingredients
 2 Free-range chicken
 2 Chicken breast
 2 cups Breadcrumbs
 4 Paprika
 ½ Cayenne pepper
 2 Garlic powder
 1 Curry
 2 Brown sugar
 Olive oil
 1 clove Garlic
 3 Mayonnaise
 2 pinches Salt and pepper

Preheat your oven to 200°C. Cut the chicken thighs and breasts into pieces. In a small food processor, blend all the dry ingredients. Brush the chicken pieces with olive oil. Coat each piece of meat with the breading. Place the chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10 minutes. Lower the oven temperature to 180°C and cook for an additional 30 minutes.

To finish, for the cheese sauce. Grate the cheese using the finest grater. Add the crushed garlic, sour cream, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. Mix well and refrigerate for 1 hour.
