Combine the egg yolks with the sugar and half of the cream until you obtain a creamy mixture.
Pour the hot coffee over the creamy egg yolks. Mix, then pour into the mugs.
Gently heat the remaining cream in a saucepan and blend until frothy.
To finish, spoon the cream over the coffee.
