Creamy Italian Shrimp Pasta Recipe

I suggest a complete dish of pasta with shrimp and artichokes, inspired by Italian cuisine. It is quick to prepare and very flavorful.

Ingredients
 300 uncooked pasta (twists for me)
 2 Olive oil
 350 raw peeled shrimp
 4 cloves Garlic
 200 thick (or liquid) cream
 1 jar Artichoke heart, 350 g
 100 mixed olives
 1 dried basil
 1 Dried oregano
 50 Parmesan
 Salt
 Pepper
 fresh basil for serving (optional)

Cook the pasta until al dente in a large pot of boiling salted water. Drain.

Heat a large skillet with olive oil. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes or until they turn pink.

Add the chopped garlic and continue cooking for 1 minute, stirring. Then do the same with the pesto and the cream.

Add the artichokes cut in half or in thirds with their juice, the olives, basil, oregano, and parmesan. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well.

When the boil resumes, add the pasta and cook for another 1-2 minutes while stirring to coat well.

To finish, serve immediately, sprinkled with chopped fresh basil.
