Preheat your oven to 195°. In a dish, whisk the eggs with the sugar. Then add the flour, cream, scraped vanilla bean or other flavoring, and milk, and whisk again well.
Rinse and dry the figs, then cut them into quarters. Butter your mold and pour the clafoutis mixture inside. Arrange the fig pieces in a circular pattern.
To finish, bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden and the edges pull away from the pan.
