I love eating this pan-fried cauliflower dish in winter; it warms you up! A bit of cream and onion, which you can also enhance with bacon, garlic, egg, or various spices. It's a comforting complete dish.

Pan Cooking Cut the onion coarsely and sauté it in a pan with olive oil. Once well browned, add the frozen cauliflower and stir.
Add the cream. Then add the cream, stir for 2 minutes, season with salt and pepper, and cover the pan with a lid. Stir approximately every 5 minutes and add a little water if the cream reduces quickly.
Simmer Cook for a total of 20 minutes; if the cabbage does not separate easily, leave it for 5 more minutes.
Rest After cooking is complete, wait 5 minutes before serving.
